What happens after I click "Get Started"?
You will be taken to a secure sign-up page where you can choose your subscription and make a payment. We will follow up with you immediately thereafter to gather more information about your business and your goals and to detail our design process making sure that you are involved in every step. How long does it take to design and setup my new website?
Once you sign up, we will collect more information about your site preferences and begin to design your site right away. The setup time largely depends upon your regular communication and participation in the design process. We aim to publish your site in no more than 30 days from sign-up.
Can I cancel my Launch Plan or am I under contract?
We do not have contracts for our Lite and Standard Launch Plans, and you are free to cancel at any time. For our Launch X plans, we require a service agreement, usually with a duration of 12 months to start. This agreement is established before initial payment.
How can I pay for my Launch Plan?
We accept all major credit cards. Upon sign-up, you will be charged the first payment or deposit and your subscription will begin immediately. Going forward you will be automatically charged monthly.
What happens after I click "Get Started"?
You will be taken to our Reviews sign-up page to create an account. There you can enter your account information and receive your free trial. We will email you shortly thereafter with sign-in details and resource links.
Do I have to put a credit card down?
A credit card is required during sign-up.
Can I cancel my Reviews plan or am I under contract?
We do not have contracts for our Reviews subscription. You are free to cancel at any time. If you cancel during a billing cycle you can avoid the next months fee. Simply email us on our contact form to cancel.
